In order to confirm your date, a signed contract and non-refundable deposit (30% of accepted quote) are required. The remaining amount is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Yes! I love shooting at new venues and am seasoned traveling both nationally and internationally for wedding multi-day events.

I am a big fan of photographing welcome and rehearsal dinners! It helps family and friends get used to having me around and warms people up to being in front of my camera. Engagement sessions are also another fantastic way to get comfortable together.

Right after you have secured your venue is the best time to book your wedding photographer. Summer dates fill up incredibly fast in the Northwest and the photographer is usually the second or third vendor booked (alongside a wedding planner.)

I usually work alone depending on the details and size of the wedding but have numerous connections to hire a second if your guest count is greater than 150. During our consultation would be the best time to assess what would work best for your wedding day photography.

Yes, I have liability insurance through Professional Photographers of America. I have numerous cameras, lenses and additional lighting gear as well.

Upon booking, I will send you a timeline based on your ceremony time and we will work from there. I usually start shooting 3 hours before the ceremony and stay for about 30 minutes after the dance floor opens. We will have a shared Google Doc for communicating locations, family names and discussing any needs or requests that day. My timeline comes pre-set with a family and wedding party shot list that we will use to figure out how much time is needed depending on who is involved that day. We are in this together and I am here to support you every step of the way.
